Steve Clarke
With over four decades of experience in the Aerospace sector, spanning support for both Commercial and Defense domains, Steve Clarke is known for his expertise in Logistics and Supplier Management. He successfully sold SMS Solutions, Inc., in 2019, where he served as CEO until 2021. Steve returned from retirement driven by the persistent Supply Chain complexities and challenges.

Jay Nicholas
With a career spanning over 30 years in the aerospace sector and encompassing contributions to both commercial and defense domains, Jay is recognized for his expertise in production, operations, and supplier management. He retired as President of SMS Solutions, Inc., in 2021 and is reentering the Aerospace arena to provide his support and expertise as a partner of OEM.

Brandt Jenkins
Over the past 25 years, Brandt has established a strong track record as a leader in the Aerospace industry and supply chain. His professional journey with OEM executives Steve and Jay began in 2016. His key areas of expertise include cultivating relationships and overseeing operations and program management. In his current role, Brandt is tasked with leading the execution of customer deliverables and requirements. He maintains active and involved oversight of the OEM support team, with customer relationships and reporting responsibilities.

Nicola Lindsey
With over 20 years of experience in the field of HR and Recruiting, Nicola has worked across multiple industries, the last 8 plus years in the Aerospace and Defense sector. Having overseen and built teams throughout her career, she is a proven talent leader. Driven and passionate, Nicola brings expertise in full life-cycle recruitment, both domestically and internationally, to her role at OEM.
Sr. Director of Operations
Mike Thomson
Mike has 20+ years in the Aerospace Industry, from Production to Supply Chain. For 14 years, he collaborated with Steve and Jay, guaranteeing timely deliveries at the supplier level. This effort led to his promotion to an on-site Program Management role at the customer’s site, ultimately advancing to the position of Director. Equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain process, Mike effectively oversees and provides guidance to the SST/RRT team.

Erik Stevens
Erik has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He began his career in production planning before advancing to lead multiple special process departments in the MRO sector. Transitioning into a supply chain specialist role, his expertise and performance paved the way for his growth into a key leadership position. Known for his strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, Erik is a proven leader with a talent for team building. His ability to manage teams effectively and drive operational excellence makes him an invaluable asset to both the organization and its customers.

Amy Downs
Amy has 30+ years of experience in Aerospace and Ship Building Production, Supply Chain, Supplier Development, Continuous Improvement and Zero-Defect applications. She is a proven manager and motivator having built lasting, strong relationships with her team, her customers, and many suppliers. Key areas of expertise include in depth Root Cause and Corrective Actions, Get to Green plans and continuous improvement, utilizing Six Sigma skills and many years of experience.
