A Strategic Partnership for the Region

OEM Logistics LLC is proud to announce its strategic joint venture with SBK Holding, under the leadership of Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, establishing SBKSCS Logistics, LLC in the United Arab Emirates.

This partnership brings OEM’s proven supplier management model to the UAE and the wider GCC region, extending our global footprint and enhancing our ability to serve aerospace and defense clients with unmatched local support.

For the first time, organizations in the UAE and GCC will benefit from dedicated local representation and “boots on the ground” at their suppliers’ facilities in the U.S. and internationally—ensuring real-time oversight, improved delivery performance, and proactive risk mitigation.

OEM Logistics is also actively engaging with additional countries in the Middle East to expand its supplier management services across the region, further supporting strategic supply chain goals on a global scale.
